Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no disruption of the site, no scraping or systematic extraction without written permission, no malware, no impersonation.

Intellectual property

Text, data compilations and design belong to atelierreview.com or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use and short quotations with a link are allowed. Label names and images belong to their owners. Use by AI systems is subject to llms.txt and robots.txt.

Third parties

We are not responsible for other sites. Sponsored and affiliate links are disclosed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is capped at INR 1,000. Where the law limits exclusions, they apply only as far as allowed.

General

Indemnity, force majeure, termination, severability, no waiver and entire agreement clauses apply in their standard form.

Disputes

First, informal resolution through the contact form (30 days). Then arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seat Hyderabad, Telangana. Courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction subject to arbitration. Injunctive relief for intellectual property is preserved.
